You work directly with Ronnie — not a junior team or an account manager. He's hands-on from strategy through final delivery on every engagement. That's the entire point of a founder-led studio: the person who sold you the vision is the person who builds it.

Every engagement is scoped to your mission rather than pulled from a fixed menu — so the honest answer is that it depends on what you're building. Once we understand the goal, the timeline, and what winning looks like, you get a clear, fixed-scope proposal with the number up front. No surprise invoices, no hourly meter running. The best first step is a short conversation.

We scope every project to a specific outcome — awareness, enrollment, dollars raised, partners moved — and build the work to hit it. You'll see the strategy and the measure of success before we shoot a frame or write a line of code. We're not selling content; we're selling results.

Yes. We have real experience as a vendor for government agencies, school districts, universities, and 501(c)(3) nonprofits — W-9s, certificates of insurance, net-30/60 terms, grant-reporting language, and your procurement process are all handled without friction. Your finance team won't have to chase us.

Revisions are built into every scope — you'll never see a “final” cut for the first time. We review early and often, so course corrections happen while they're cheap and easy. If the direction is off, we fix it; that's part of the price, not an add-on.

We can usually kick off within one to two weeks. To begin, we need a 30-minute call, your goal, and whatever assets or access you already have — we drive the rest of the process so your team isn't buried in busywork. The mission is yours; the heavy lifting is ours.

Filmmaker. Strategist. Founder. He built Revolt to put elite creative in service of the mission.

Rice University took him on a full football scholarship, where he triple-majored in Philosophy, Religious Studies, and Sociology before earning his MPA. That mix — the philosopher, the strategist, the storyteller — is exactly why the work lands.

As a director and cinematographer, Ronnie has led documentary and brand work across Miami, Chicago, and Texas — most notably Hip Hop Hope, an Official Selection at the Hollywood Hope Film Festival. As the recording artist Reconcile, he's spent years turning conviction into something people feel.

We don't make content. We make the case for the mission — and we make it impossible to ignore.

As CEO of We The Revolt, his 501(c)(3), he leads juvenile-justice and community work inside detention centers and re-entry programs — partnering with school districts, county agencies, and national nonprofits.

Hip Hop Hope follows the artists and advocates turning the realities of the justice system into testimony. We approached it not as a crime documentary but as prophetic witness — building the case scene by scene, voice by voice.

From Cook County to Houston, the film moves through courtrooms, studios, and street corners, letting the people closest to the work speak for themselves. The result is a film that doesn't just inform — it indicts, it hopes, and it refuses to be background noise.
